Siblings
Amie and Abbie are attached at the hip and love each other very much (TOO MUCH TELETUBBIES!).
Amie was sitting playing with a toy hippo and eating graham crackers. Abbie was eating graham crackers and asked for the hippo. Amie handed it to her... and Abbie walked off. Amie just said, "Oh..."
I asked Abbie, "Why did you take the hippo?"
Abbie's reply: "Because she didn't scream or cry."

Tag... I'm it!
I have been tagged by Becky for a love/hate list. So here goes:
I Love:
My husband when he is acting silly or wrestling with the kids.
My cuddly girls first thing in the morning.
A tomato plant.
Angry goth/emo music.
A clean kitchen. (So rare!)
Hot tea when it snows.
Growing fresh herbs... rosemary smells so yummy!!!
I hate:
People who hurt children.
Sinus infections.
Blackouts.
Hangnails.
LAUNDRY!
Finding a month old apple in my daughters jacket pocket... freeze dried! (I was wondering if she needed to start wearing deodorant!)
I tag:
Jason (Wonderful Husband)
and
Katie (My new Sister-in-law)

Shouldn't everyone?
Amie is compelled to tackle naked people. Every time one of her sisters gets out of the bath, Amie runs around them, grabs them around the waist and drops to her knees. Sometimes she will just get drug around the house by her much larger sisters. Much laughter is had by all... especially when the entire neighborhood hears Maggie scream, "Amie, let go of my bottom!"

Nevermind
Sorry about the previous bulletin. I was in a bad state of mind. It is really hard to get 75% through escrow and then drop everything and walk away. God must have a plan.
Housing Plea
So I don't have a large blog fan base... but I will still ask... It doesn't hurt.
Our original home loan was 100% financing. We qualified for it easily. Problem is... our town didn't. Cal HFA doesn't fund loans for homes in depressed, recessed, or declining areas. Our town has all 3 boxes checked as well as overabundant supply and over 6 months on the market...
So to get the home that we have been trying to get it will cost about $6000 (+ or - a few hundred) . We need to find this money in the next 2 weeks.
So if you wish to donate the money to our church and get a tax credit... or give us a loan that we won't be able to pay back for 1 year... we would greatly appreciate it.

Cold
So we may have run out of propane today... I realized it was cold between 5 and 6 when the end of my nose was cold... Jason informed me that the heater wasn't working. Bummer!
If it is not a propane issue... I cannot imagine what is wrong with a 4 month old heater....
Pray for escrow!!! 10 business days and counting!

MMMM fresh!
So yesterday was Maggie's birthday dinner. She had steak, potatoes, broccoli and garlic bread. (All of her favorite things)
Unfortunately she ate 3 servings of broccoli... and today, the family is paying the price. During our evening story time, Maggie was fumigating the room... Jason is gaging... I am laughing... and Abbie states, "Smells good."
