Growing season

I cannot find reliable information about our growing season... So I am going to use Chester's info... 17 miles away... and at 700 feet lower in elevation... the numbers may be flawed.

This will be my first year planting something here. Jeremiah 29 has been a constant in my head this last year. I have been in exile and now it is time to plant and build.

So what can you plant with a last frost date of July 22 and the first frost date of August 3rd? Yes, I am guaranteed 20 days of frost free summer! Yipee!

So when are you going to start? Let me know and I'll start then too.

Pansies! They can be planted in a few weeks there I would assume.

Sorry I haven't been in touch. Your son is beautiful. Anxious to see him. All our boys and girls and grandkids will be here at the same time this summer --- first time in 3 1/2 years. They will all be together for four days and I am willing to share for one of those four. Sooo, put June 28 on your calendar. That will be the day of our big get-together and my sharing day.

Love to all.
