So, I have been on hold with the IRS for at least 15 mins... and I have heard a good portion of the music from the Nutcracker! It puts you in such a good mood! And they have been so nice! They are faxing all my paperwork that was ruined in the fire to our loan broker!
So January 18th!!! We will be home owners!!!
